At Waste Queens Dumpster Rentals, we strive to make your dumpster rental as affordable as possible while providing top-quality service, however, there are certain situations where additional fees may apply, including:
The 12yd dumpster includes 1.5 tons, and the 16yd dumpster includes 2 tons.
We charge a Dry Run fee for unsuccessful dumpster drop-off or pick-up attempts due to the dumpster or drop-off site being inaccessible, the dumpster being too overloaded to move, etc.
Within 1 business day of rental
Fee will be charged if Client requests us to come back to the jobsite and move a dumpster for any reason.
$25 minimum. Debris will be left onsite.
Fee will be charged if we have to remove unaccepted items from dumpster upon pick-up. Fee will be in addition to dump fee if we leave with prohibited item(s).
Fee will be charged if Client moves dumpster without permission.
Fee will be charged if we arrive to pick-up / drop-off a dumpster and are held up by Client (over 20 min) due to locked gate, inaccessible dumpster, etc.
Fee will be charged if invoice is over 30 days past due.
If dumpster needs to be cleaned/repaired/replaced due to client negligence (beyond normal wear and tear), the client will be fully responsible to pay the third-party rate plus reasonable markup.
